With great pleasure Q3 is able to present to you their latest solution for the On- and Offshore Wind market; The Jacket Lifting Tool. When one of our customers in Taiwan presented us a situation which involved lifting of jackets, the idea for this tool was born. Our possibility to provide the customer a total package involving in-house design, engineering, production and commissioning resulted in the first customized order for the Offshore Wind market in Taiwan. In addition this customized tool is equipped with a classification according the latest specifications under Lloyd’s register.

We have incorporated our many years of on-site, hands-on knowledge of lifting and handling challenges in the design of this New WLL 2000 ts Jacket Lifting Tool. It is specifically designed to lift Windmill Jackets (or other structures) equipped with a vertical connection flange. The result is an Operator Centric Focused fully remote controlled – 9 camera feedback – Jacket Lifting Tool which enables you to execute your project swift, safe and efficient.

The straight forward, rigid single lifting point design enables simple and cost effective connection to any lifting hook. It operates totally independent from any external power source with a built-in 13kW stationary Diesel Engine power supply and Hydraulic Power Unit securing continuous safe and effective execution, every time, everywhere.

With this Jacket Lifting Tool we have raised the bar on operational handling, resulting in maximising Return On Investment and minimising operational costs.
